About the Job

This Senior Associate position plays a vital role in reviewing and ensuring the quality of tax returns prepared by associates.

The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of basic and moderate tax concepts, as well as the ability to enhance their knowledge through client work and staying up-to-date with tax developments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for training and assisting associates, as well as fostering a supportive team environment.

  • Display a good level of understanding of basic and moderate tax concepts.
  • Ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery of tasks assigned to associates.
  • Train and assist associates with their questions on day-to-day basis.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Required skills include strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in US Individual taxation is required.

Previous experience working on complex individual tax returns and high-net-worth individuals is highly desirable.
