Job Description\

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as a Relationship Executive. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from inquiry to enrolment.

As a Relationship Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with inbound leads via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media DMs with prompt and accurate responses.\
  • Providing clear and concise information about our health transformation programs.\
  • Guiding new leads through the enrolment and re-enrolment process while coordinating with the internal coaching team for seamless onboarding.\
  • Maintaining, managing, and updating client data using our CRM tools and systems.\
  • Supporting clients with after-enrolment needs, escalating concerns when needed, and ensuring timely resolution.\
  • Coordinating with different internal teams to keep clients updated on any unforeseen delays or process changes.\
  • Assisting in community engagement and promotional initiatives when required.\
  • Conducting data analysis and feedback collection to improve client experience and retention.\
  • Meeting monthly client conversion targets and contributing to overall business growth.\

  • Comfort with CRM tools, Excel, and data handling.\
  • Interest in fitness and wellness will be an added bonus.\
  • Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required).\
  • Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or relationship management is a plus.\
  • Proficiency in English and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).\
