Customer Experience Specialist Role

We are a platform for booking experiences, offering thousands of curated activities across the globe.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users booking experiences. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer queries through chat, email, and phone - promptly and clearly.
  • Assisting users with bookings, cancellations, refunds, and troubleshooting.
  • Liaising with experience providers and internal teams to resolve guest concerns.
  • Keeping a record of guest interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Maintaining a friendly, helpful tone across all communication.
  • Spotting issues and suggesting improvements to streamline the customer experience.

Requirements include excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and multitasking, and a positive attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn and grow.
