Job Title: Techno-Commercial Sales Expert

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to manage techno-commercial sales for mining consumables and accessories.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of surface miners, road headers, and related mining equipment, as well as strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage the full sales cycle of mining machinery consumables, wear parts, and accessories.
    • Provide technical expertise to customers, ensuring optimal product selection and application based on their operational needs.
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements, operational challenges, and equipment usage to offer tailored solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including mine operators, procurement teams, and maintenance managers.
    • Ensure excellent after-sales support by coordinating with internal and external teams to address product and service concerns.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
    • Track competitors, market trends, and product innovations to maintain the company's competitive edge.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Product Application and Technical Support:
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing the features and benefits of after-sales products.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth product installation, operation, and post-sale support.
  • Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking:
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
    • Monitor customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
    • Log all client interactions and visits in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, mining engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of experience in techno-commercial sales to mining customers, particularly in consumables, wear parts, and after-sales products.
  • In-depth understanding of surface miners, road headers, and related mining equipment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
