Mortgage Sales Professional

Job Description: As a Mortgage Sales Professional, you will be responsible for meeting with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan applications. You will analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process. Additionally, you will complete loan contracts and educate clients on policies and regulations. Your duties will also include interviewing applicants to define financial eligibility and establish debt payment plans. You will monitor and update account records, submit loan applications in a timely manner, and prepare detailed loan proposals. Furthermore, you will reject loan applications and explain deficiencies to applicants, respond to applicant questions, and resolve any loan-related issues.
