The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential clients, promoting loan products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and customers.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:Identify and approach potential customers for home loans, mortgage loans, and loan against property (LAP).Sales & Business Development:Promote loan products from partner banks/NBFCs, explain features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.Customer Relationship Management :Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring smooth documentation and approval.Market Research:Stay updated on housing loan trends, competitor offerings, and banking policies.Target Achievement:Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Coordination with Banks/NBFCs:Liaise with financial institutions for quick loan processing and disbursal.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all KYC, income, and property documents are verified as per bank guidelines.Skills & Qualifications:Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field.Experience : Prior experience in housing and mortgage loan sales, banking, DSA, orreal estate financing is preferred.Communication : Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills (English + Local Language).Networking : Strong ability to build relationships with customers and financialpartners.Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM tools, loan processing software, and digital salestechniques.Self-Motivated : Driven to achieve targets with minimal supervision.Benefits:- Attractive commission structure + performance bonuses.- Career growth opportunities in banking/financial sales.- Training on loan products and sales techniques.- Flexible work environment with field sales opportunities.How to Apply:Interested candidates can send their resume to : This role involves field visits and client meetings.
