
Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Track leads from marketing campaigns, offline events, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and assign them to the appropriate sales executives.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion.
1. Sales Operations Support
- Maintain and update CRM systems (Zoho/HubSpot/N8N integrations).
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline status.
- Coordinate between marketing and sales teams for smooth handovers.
1. Student & Parent Interaction
- Handle initial inquiries and provide clear information about TAC programs.
- Schedule counseling calls, demos, and orientation sessions.
- Ensure a seamless admissions experience for students and families.
1. Team Coordination
- Support the Sales Head in meeting targets.
- Assist in organizing sales events, webinars, and outreach activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team (documentation, contracts, payment tracking).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer support (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English + Telugu/Hindi preferred).
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot) is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
