Key Responsibilities Sales & Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively converting leads into clients.
Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and project requirements.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients from the initial contact through to project completion.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new design innovations to better serve our clients.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the interior design, real estate, or a related industry is essential.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A strong passion for interior design and a good understanding of design concepts.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
