We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive with experience in hospitality/hotel sales to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business from corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to generate hotel room and banquet sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct sales calls, client visits, and property walkthroughs.
  • Negotiate rates, packages, and contracts in line with ASBL's policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Represent ASBL at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for review.

Skills & Competencies

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in hotel/hospitality sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in corporate, banquet, or travel trade sales will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of the local market and hospitality trends.
