The role requires Executive to handle Pre-Sales, Sales & Post Sales, Day-to-day tasks include managing and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients, conducting property tours, negotiating sales deals, and closing transactions. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for staying updated with market trends, preparing sales reports, and working closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting potential buyers.QualificationsProperty Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skillsExperience with Market Analysis and Trend IdentificationExcellent Communication and Interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of luxury real estate market dynamics and legal requirementsPrevious experience in luxury real estate is a plusBachelor's or MBA degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
