Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive - Luxury Real Estate, located in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and building client relationships, understanding and meeting client needs, and presenting luxury real estate properties to potential clients. The role includes negotiating sales, conducting property tours, developing sales strategies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and listings. Other day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

  • Expertise in luxury real estate market trends and listings
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Experience in conducting property tours and presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Outgoing and professional demeanor
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record in sales
  • Bachelor's or MBA in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
