Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and drive the overall business strategy to expand our BPO and AI service portfolio.
  • Business Development: Identify new revenue streams, establish partnerships, and expand our client base across industries.
  • Operations Excellence: Ensure high efficiency, service quality, compliance, and delivery excellence across all accounts.
  • Financial Management: Oversee profit and loss, budgeting, investments, and ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Capital Contribution: Contribute an agreed capital investment and take an active role in financial decision-making.
  • Governance & Partnership: Collaborate with other partners, ensure transparent reporting, and uphold governance standards.
  • Innovation: Leverage automation, AI, and proprietary platforms to reduce costs, improve outcomes, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Talent & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and build high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
Requirements:
  • A willingness and ability to make a capital investment in the company as part of the partnership role.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in BPO, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or related industries.
  • A strong record in scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.
  • Expertise in profit and loss management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
