Business Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced business leader to drive growth and profitability in the ed-tech industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and developing innovative strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to execute company goals and objectives
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand customer base
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services
  • Manage product development initiatives, including ideation, design, and launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Develop and manage financial performance for the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Identify and manage key business risks, including competitive threats, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred
  • At least 5+ years of experience in senior leadership role, with track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Experience in ed-tech industry is highly preferred
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing financial performance for business unit
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to develop and execute complex business plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with bias towards action and willingness to take risks
