Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team.

  • Develop and deploy Process Extensions (PXs) utilizing Java for Agile PLM 9.3.6, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
  • Customize workflows, events, and triggers using the Agile Software Development Kit (SDK), maximizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform unit testing and provide support for functional testing, guaranteeing the highest quality deliverables.
  • Support data exchange and synchronization across enterprise systems (SAP, Visual, Enovia), fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Create technical specifications for customizations and integrations, serving as a blueprint for success.
  • Provide ongoing support for Agile PLM applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Review and maintain Agile ACS code and SDK-based customizations, driving continuous improvement.
  • Craft event scripts and Groovy scripts for workflow automation, streamlining processes and enhancing user experience.
  • Customize Agile Web Client UI (where applicable) to improve usability, creating an intuitive and efficient user interface.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements, fostering open communication and understanding.
  • Recompile and redeploy existing PXs during version upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Ensure smooth deployment across development, staging, and production environments, guaranteeing scalability and reliability.
  • Utilize Agile Import/Export tools, SDK, or direct database staging for bulk data loads or data updates, facilitating efficient data management.
  • Validate migrated data for completeness and integrity, ensuring accurate and reliable information.
  • Analyze and resolve application errors related to custom PXs, integrations, or performance issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Perform log analysis (WebLogic logs, Agile PLM logs) for root cause investigation, identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Optimize PXs, queries, and scripts to minimize execution time, impacting performance and efficiency.
  • Assist in load testing for large-scale Agile PLM deployments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Maintain documentation for all custom developments, integrations, and scripts, serving as a knowledge repository.
  • Create deployment guides for moving code from Dev → QA → Production, facilitating smooth transitions.
  • Keep version control of all custom artifacts, ensuring accountability and traceability.
  • Refactor or rebuild incompatible PXs and web services, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Support regression testing for technical components, guaranteeing stability and reliability.
  • Develop Tomcat server applications, extending the capabilities of our technical infrastructure.
