  • Design and develop complex integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).",">
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored Workday solutions.",">
  • Provide expert-level technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues and resolving technical problems.",">
  • Develop and maintain APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems.",">
  • Stay up-to-date on Workday releases, enhancements, and industry best practices to ensure the highest level of expertise.",">

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and fundamentals.",">
  • Proficiency in at least two HR functional areas, such as HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Time & Absence.",">
  • Experience with Workday EIB, Studio, Core/Payroll Connectors, Calculated Fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).",">
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.",">
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.",">
  • Proven experience in designing and developing complex integrations and APIs.",">
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP/SuccessFactors, and other ERP systems is a plus.",">
