Workday Absence Configuration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday absence configuration expert to join our team. As a senior member of our consulting group, you will play a key role in designing and implementing global absence plans, accruals, time-off policies, and Proration calculations in Workday.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Workday professional to leverage their technical expertise and business acumen to drive process improvements and deliver exceptional results for our clients. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, test, and maintain global absence plans, accruals, time-off policies, and Proration calculations in Workday.
  • Develop and implement EMEA absence policies, ensuring compliance with local country regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancements, release updates, and optimization of existing absence processes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have 8+ years of experience in Workday configuration and implementation, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and technical skills, combined with a customer-centric approach, are essential for delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
