Job Title: Workday Consultant

This is a challenging role where you will have the opportunity to contribute as a senior consultant/integrations lead for small implementations.

We are seeking candidates with excellent technical and functional skills across various functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Workday, including the Module - Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.

A strong understanding of Workday's object model and solution design approach is also essential.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to learn quickly through individual research and self-training, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements from clients and define business/technical requirements for their Absence or Time Tracking needs.
  • Design Workday solutions to meet client needs.
  • Conduct sessions with client personnel to verify required aspects of the concerned Module.
  • Configure Workday based on client workbooks.
  • Perform self-reviews and smoke testing of work delivered and review peer's work.
  • Assist clients with application testing of the concerned Functional Module.
  • Provide production support for Workday solutions post-deployment.
  • Migrate Workday solutions into production environments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday.
  • Overall 12 years' experience is minimum.
Education:
  • B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BSc.
