As a Renewal Account Manager at AutoRABIT, you will play a critical role in driving customer retention and satisfaction, contributing to our mission of delivering seamless customer experiences.
Job Role and Responsibilities:- Manage renewals with predictability and achieve targeted gross retention rates.
- Ensure timely and successful contract renewals for assigned accounts.
- Identify and mitigate customer risks while uncovering new opportunities for account growth.
- 3-5 years of experience in renewals, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of managing and driving renewals with high customer satisfaction rates.
- Familiarity with Open Source Software, DevOps, and concepts around Cloud and infrastructure.
This role comes with an attractive compensation package of ₹25 LPA - ₹30 LPA.
