As a Renewal Account Manager at AutoRABIT, you will play a critical role in driving customer retention and satisfaction, contributing to our mission of delivering seamless customer experiences.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
  • Manage renewals with predictability and achieve targeted gross retention rates.
  • Ensure timely and successful contract renewals for assigned accounts.
  • Identify and mitigate customer risks while uncovering new opportunities for account growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in renewals, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of managing and driving renewals with high customer satisfaction rates.
  • Familiarity with Open Source Software, DevOps, and concepts around Cloud and infrastructure.
Compensation and Benefits:

This role comes with an attractive compensation package of ₹25 LPA - ₹30 LPA.
