The Transaction Advisory Services line provides buy-side due diligence, sell-side due diligence and working capital assistance. As a senior consultant you will work closely with onshore and offshore team members to deliver financial due diligence for middle-market US clients.

  • Collaborate with consulting professionals supervisors and senior management in the U.S. daily including early morning and late evening conference calls.
  • Analyze large volumes of data build Excel workbooks and schedules and provide valuable guidance to engagement teams.
  • Prepare and update document request lists management meeting agendas and communicate findings and insights verbally and in written reports.
  • Work with teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.

A minimum of three years experience in transaction services performing financial diligence is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college/university is also necessary. Chartered Accountant/CPA license is an added advantage. Advanced proficiency in Excel and tools such as Power Query Power Pivot Power BI Alteryx or other data analytics platforms are preferred.
