Job Title

A skilled Transaction Advisory Services professional is needed to collaborate with our team in providing financial due diligence to middle-market US clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing large volumes of data, building complex Excel workbooks, and providing valuable guidance to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies
  • Prepare and update document request lists and management meeting agendas
  • Collaborate with Elliott Davis consulting professionals, supervisors, and senior management on a daily basis
Requirements
  • Minimum three years experience with transaction services performing financial diligence
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with tools such as Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, Alteryx or other data analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, including operational and financial analysis, benchmarking, and trend analysis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/ Master's in accounting or finance degree from an accredited college/university
  • Chartered Accountant/CPA license is an added advantage
  • Big 4, National or large regional firm experience preferred
Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is expected to work in our office. Flexibility is granted to employees to work remotely on an as-needed basis. Regular expected billable hours shall be up to 40 hours per week. However, you may be required to work additional hours and/or days as and when necessary to properly and effectively perform your duties and responsibilities.
