Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our M&A Advisory / Transaction Services team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and be able to lead due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side mandates.

The selected individual will play a pivotal role in analyzing historical and projected financial performance, identifying key transaction issues, business risks, and deal breakers. They will also work closely with C-suite executives, private equity partners, and investment bankers to understand transaction objectives.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. They will thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment and have strong attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, or M&A Advisory
  • Strong expertise in financial statement analysis & interpretation, transaction structuring and SPA mechanisms, valuation fundamentals & deal economics, industry benchmarking and market research
  • Exceptional skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
