Transaction Advisory Services Senior Consultant

We are seeking a senior consultant to join our team of experienced professionals in transaction advisory services. As a senior consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial due diligence for middle-market US clients.

  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members to deliver financial due diligence projects.
  • Analyze large volumes of data and provide valuable insights to engagement teams.
  • Prepare and update document request lists, management meeting agendas, and communicate findings verbally and in written reports.
  • Work with teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in transaction services performing financial diligence and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college/university. Chartered Accountant/CPA license is an added advantage. Advanced proficiency in Excel and tools such as Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, Alteryx, or other data analytics platforms are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial due diligence on middle-market US clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial transactions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years' experience in transaction services.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Chartered Accountant/CPA license (an added advantage).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools.
