Transaction Advisory Services Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Transaction Advisory Services team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will work closely with onshore and offshore team members to provide financial due diligence of middle-market US clients.

The selected individual will be responsible for collaborating with consultants, supervisors, and senior management to analyze large volumes of data and provide valuable guidance to engagement teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and prepare document request lists, management meeting agendas, and written reports.
  • Evaluate financial and operational trends, challenge target assumptions, and assist with Quality of Earnings adjustments and analysis.
  • Clearly communicate findings and insights verbally and in written reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years' experience with transaction services performing financial diligence.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college/university.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, Alteryx, or other data analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
