Expert Tax Advisory Services

We are seeking a Tax Transaction Advisory Services Manager to lead tax due diligence and structuring projects for middle-market clients.

The Tax Transaction Advisory Services Line provides assistance with buy-side tax due diligence, sell-side tax due diligence, and tax structuring. This is an exciting opportunity to join our practice and contribute to its growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and assist in buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence engagements for private equity, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyers
  • Assist and lead sections of tax due diligence meetings with target management
  • Communicate tax due diligence findings confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner both verbally and in written reports
  • Perform and assist in a variety of tax structuring engagements, including sell-side and buy-side tax and cash flow modeling, organizational restructuring, IRC Section 382 analyses, IRC Section 1202 analyses, etc.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of experience with tax transaction services
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • CA/ EA/ CPA certification ideal but not mandatory
  • Big 4, National or large regional firm experience preferred
