Senior Due Diligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our due diligence projects. The successful candidate will have prior experience in conducting due diligence, with a strong background in audit methodologies and techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountants certification with 2-3 years of experience in due diligence. They will be required to have prior experience in conducting due diligence, with a strong background in due diligence reviews for small and medium-sized companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage due diligence projects
  • Manage teams of resources and report to partners
  • Ensure relevant compliance

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing due diligence projects. They will also be required to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in conducting due diligence
  • Relevant experience in due diligence reviews for small and medium-sized companies
  • Strong background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques and Excel skills
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and auditing standards and working knowledge of tax laws, company laws, and related laws applicable to audit
  • Ability to build relationships while asking tough questions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)
  • Strong time and team management and organizational skills
