Regional Growth Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in driving our mission of delivering exceptional education to every child by leading expansion efforts across the region.

This individual ensures successful onboarding of new schools, fosters strong relationships with school leaders, and supports implementation of our solutions to maximize student learning outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can drive the growth of our LEAD IIT - JEE/NEET Test Prep business through strategic partnerships and collaboration with schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the expansion of LEAD IIT - JEE/NEET Test Prep by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with our mission.
    • Act as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
      • Support school growth through initiatives that engage parents, admissions programs, and regional branding efforts.
        • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Key Account team.
          • Monitor key performance metrics and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.

Ideal Experience Profile

  • 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition, with 2 - 4 years in leadership roles.
  • Significant experience in sales solution delivery and leadership of high volume sales engagement is required.
  • Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals are essential.
  • Ability to travel across designated territories is necessary.
