
Senior Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our business development and telesales initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and engaging with potential students and business partners to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and partnership development.
- Coordinate meetings and sales efforts to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales and payment collections, ensuring timely and accurate processing and record-keeping.
- Collect and analyze data on potential study abroad students, including their interests and requirements.
- Provide initial counseling services, including shortlisting universities and courses, and coordinate training programs as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with foreign universities, exploring opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA from a recognized institution.
- 1-3 years' prior experience in business development and telesales, preferably in a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
- Focus and goal-oriented individual with a sincere work ethic and willingness to travel locally for business purposes.
