Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Business Growth Specialist to lead and drive our online Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business forward.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in managing D2C businesses, preferably with a background in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). A proven track record of scaling a brand or business within this space is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the online D2C business through effective digital marketing strategies
  • Drive revenue growth through Facebook and Google Ads
  • Analyze site metrics and related data to improve conversion rates and business growth
  • Monitor site performance, speed, traffic, and conversion
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan and develop online business plans and implementation

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in managing D2C businesses, FMCG background preferred
  • Proven track record of scaling a brand or business within this space
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Digital Marketing
