About this Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Cloud Data Architect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud data architecture solutions using Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
  • Develop and maintain Extract, Transform, Load/Extract, Load, Transform (ETL/ELT) processes, data modeling, and distributed computing techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and stakeholder management.
  • Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines and DevOps practices in data engineering.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
  • Strong proficiency in Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Azure SQL.
  • Expertise in Python, Scala, and SQL for data processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer).
  • Experience in implementing Machine Learning/AI models in Databricks.
  • Knowledge of data governance tools like Purview.
