Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Cloud Architect to lead our organization's data architecture efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enterprise-scale Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Build and optimize Unified Data Model (UDM), identity resolution, and segmentation to drive business insights.
  • Integrate Data Cloud with CRM, ERP, marketing tools, and analytics platforms via APIs/ETL, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Configure and tune Data Cloud features for optimal performance and credit efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce data governance, quality, and compliance policies, adhering to regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
  • Provide technical leadership and guide implementation partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years in data architecture; 3+ years Salesforce ecosystem experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud and integration patterns.
  • Strong SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning skills.
  • Knowledge of ETL tools, APIs (REST/SOAP/GraphQL), and big data platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM Analytics.
  • Understanding of data privacy/security regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/Einstein Studio and predictive modeling.
  • Exposure to Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
