Channel Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Channel Operations Manager to oversee the expansion and management of our delivery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience, while also managing teams and driving performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify business challenges and opportunities for growth, and develop plans to address them.
  • Map business requirements and design solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and report key performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging industry trends and best practices.
Essential Skills
  • Strong leadership and execution skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of success in employee and performance management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Physical stamina to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts.
