Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist located in Gurugram. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing projects, analyzing operational data, and improving efficiency. They will also coordinate with different departments, handle communications with clients and preferred carriers, and ensure the seamless handling of time-critical shipments.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with data analysis
- Effective Communication skills for client and team interactions
- Experience in Sales and client relationship management
- Proficiency in Operations Management and process optimization
- Project Management skills for handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Relevant experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
