Operations Specialist

Responsibilities -

  • Take charge of developing and maintaining a detail-oriented logistic flow from sourcing ingredients to fulfilment
  • Manage inventory system with precision, ensuring no product goes out of stock and no waste accumulates
  • Establish a robust quality assurance system and conduct regular checks to keep every product at G.O.A.T. level
  • Assist supply chain and build lasting relationships with our suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, quality products, and continuous collaboration
  • Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and create a safe working environment for all G.O.A.T.s
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance and improve overall efficiency, discipline and quality
  • Audit and identify opportunities to streamline operations, tweak strategy, and find ways to constantly level up

Requirements

- 

  • 1-3 years experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (food & beverage or retail experience is a big plus)
  • You're clear, confident and proactive - whether you're communicating with customers, vendors or your team.
  • Multitasking? You're built for it. You love keeping things running like clockwork.
  • You know how to troubleshoot, find solutions, and make things better.
  • You know your way around order management, POS systems, or inventory software
  • Things move fast around here. You're ready to pivot and keep pace with the hustle.
  • You take ownership, jump in when needed, and aren't afraid to take risks.
  • You love using Excel or similar
