">Job Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented and analytical Operational Risk Management Specialist to join our team in Gurugram, India.

This role plays a key part in ensuring effective operational risk management is embedded in our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in specific areas of execution plans for operational risk management within the business unit (BU).
  • Support the implementation of parts of the operational risk framework to enable effective risk management and decision making in the BU.
  • Facilitate understanding and use of the risk governance framework basics across BUs through regular communication.
  • Aggregate basic level reporting, approvals/exceptions, and support change-the-function activities for the BU.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years experience in Operational Risk Management, preferably within Risk and/or Internal Audit function.
  • Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities.
  • Project management skills with fast-paced programs and projects where high-level status updates are crucial.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to establish relationships, influence decisions, and encourage matrixed teams to deliver on shared objectives.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.
