Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting subject matter experts in sharing knowledge and guidance, and participating in conversations with business units on associated topics.

The Risk Management Specialist will also assist in ensuring all activities and guidance provided to the business unit are aligned with standards set by centralized specialist risk teams. This includes facilitating activities to comply with enterprise policies and programs pertaining to specific risk types, and assisting senior team members in designing and enhancing business procedures and standards.

  • Support subject matter experts in sharing knowledge and guidance within the business unit.
  • Participate in conversations with business units on associated topics.
  • Assist in ensuring all activities and guidance provided to the business unit are aligned with standards set by centralized specialist risk teams.
  • Facilitate activities to comply with enterprise policies and programs pertaining to specific risk types.
  • Assist senior team members in designing and enhancing business procedures and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in operational risk management.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in process governance, establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
