As an IT Risk Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our clients identify and mitigate risks associated with their IT systems. This includes conducting thorough risk assessments, identifying control gaps, and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing IT audit engagements to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Review and analyze client processes and controls against leading practices and industry frameworks to identify gaps and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Collaborate with client teams to implement new processes and controls addressing key risks as necessary.
- Draft comprehensive executive summaries and final reports for client senior management and document engagement workpapers according to standard methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of security measures and auditing practices within operating systems, databases, and applications.
- Experience assessing risks across various business processes and working on Financial Services sector clients.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
