Operations Management Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading entire operations, including payroll processing, benefit plan administration, and hiring teams. They will also oversee process activities, ensure service level agreements are met, and drive quality initiatives to bring continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in US payroll processing/operations, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and record-to-report processes. A good knowledge of employee data/admin systems, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamic AX, is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA is required, while prior experience in payroll accounting is an added advantage.
