Process Training Manager Job Posting

A skilled Process Training Manager is required to lead our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of training and developing teams, with a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
  • Develop an individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new team members.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs periodically and report on them.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest training trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with various training methods including mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.
  • Schedule training sessions and organize information cascades as needed.
  • Review existing training materials and update them regularly to ensure relevance.
