Job Opportunity

The primary function of this role is to serve as the main point of contact between Amazon and vendor seller POCs.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide clear and professional communication at all times, ensuring effective interaction with various stakeholders.
  • Deliver expedited, efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners, adhering to established performance metrics.
  • Effectively manage sensitive cases by escalating issues through the designated channels.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills, meeting or exceeding targeted performance benchmarks.
  • Employ logical reasoning to identify trends and suggest process improvements, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear articulation of ideas and thoughts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers, leveraging strong comprehension and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to concentrate on customer issues without distraction, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Proven ability to work successfully within a team environment, as well as independently, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
  • Proficient typing skills, enabling efficient data entry and processing.
  • Able to navigate websites and email applications with ease.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Logistics background and experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, enhancing analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
