Job Title: Business Development Representative

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  2. BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CURRENT AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, PROFESSIONALISM, AND A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF THEIR BUSINESS NEEDS.
  3. Initiate outbound calls to connect with potential customers, assess their needs, and present solutions that meet those needs.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide support, and ensure seamless handoffs.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements

  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.

  • TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
