Job Description

This position offers a dynamic career path, fostering teamwork, leadership, and opportunities for growth. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that meet service level expectations.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with onshore teams to service Corporate Trust business lines and deliver professional services our clients trust and depend on.

  • Support Document Custody volumes and Quality Control efforts
  • Coach and develop the skills and abilities of assigned associates
  • Manage and calibrate workload of assigned associates
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual metric reporting
  • Attend meetings and training sessions for administrative, operational, and regulatory compliance topics
  • Handle projects as assigned by manager
  • Complete disciplinary actions to address performance and attendance issues

Success in this role will be measured by achieving functional area KPIs and KRIs in line with business strategy, risk appetite, and risk metrics. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and improving staff engagement survey results.

As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to supervise assigned staff, perform administration tasks, and provide mentoring to employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop assigned associates. They will also be responsible for managing and calibrating workload, preparing reports, and attending meetings.
