Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing key accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building, retaining, and growing IT services/staffing accounts. This will involve translating client goals into delivery plans, ensuring SLA adherence and quality, and managing SOWs/MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
  • Proven revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management
  • Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure
  • Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles
