We Are Looking For:
A detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support professional to join the Trade Credit Line of Business team.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Hands-on experience in the Trade Credit industry and insurance operations. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools are required.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients with minimum 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Trade Credit operations.
- Maintain accurate operational data using client systems.
- Participate in calls and collaborate with global teams.
- Manage operational inventory and meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify, implement, and manage process improvements within operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Trade Credit operations supporting clients.
- Strong background in Insurance operations related to Trade Credit.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
