Job Description

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing enterprise planning and budgeting solutions, with expertise in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (E/PBCS) and Hyperion Planning.
  • Proven track record of delivering 6+ successful end-to-end implementations, leading to improved business outcomes.
  • Lead solution builds, guide project teams, and drive technical excellence through application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, business rules, integration, workflow, and security configuration.
  • Foster a strong understanding of the planning, budgeting, and forecasting process, ensuring seamless integration with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.
  • Develop project documents, including test scripts, integration configuration documents, and manuals, to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, financial formulas, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
  • Confident, assertive, and open to long-term travel opportunities based on project requirements.
  • Prior onsite projects experience in GCC regions is highly valued.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Profitability and Cost Management, and Account Reconciliation would be an added advantage.
