Global HR Systems Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Systems Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about HR systems and has a proven track record of success in this field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of HR systems, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar platforms. This will involve leading system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with IT and vendors, as well as configuring workflows, security roles, and user access.
In addition, the HR Systems Administrator will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all HR platforms, partnering with HR Data Analysts to deliver reports and dashboards, and conducting regular audits and validations to maintain system integrity.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in HRIS/HR systems administration in a global, fast-paced environment. They will also have expertise with SaaS HR platforms, strong knowledge of HR processes, onboarding, payroll, benefits, talent management, and experience in systems integrations, project management, and change management.
We are looking for someone who is proficient with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for analytics and reporting, and has excellent communication and collaboration skills.
