Job Title HR Systems Administrator Pune Hybrid Location Pune India Experience 5 Years Key Responsibilities HR Systems Ownership Manage the full lifecycle of HR systems Workday SAP SuccessFactors BambooHR or similar Lead system upgrades implementations and integrations with IT and vendors Configure workflows security roles and user access Data Integrity Reporting Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all HR platforms Partner with HR Data Analysts to deliver reports and dashboards Conduct regular audits and validations to maintain system integrity Process Improvement Automation Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR system usability Act as the HR systems expert to troubleshoot and support global teams Drive automation initiatives for efficiency and scalability Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as the link between HR and IT for system architecture alignment Partner with Payroll Finance and Talent Acquisition on cross-functional workflows Documentation Training Develop process documentation training materials and user guides Train HR team members and stakeholders on updates and best practices Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Information Systems HR Business Administration or related field 5 years experience in HRIS HR systems administration in a global fast-paced environment Expertise with SaaS HR platforms Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM etc Strong knowledge of HR processes onboarding payroll benefits talent management Experience in systems integrations project management and change management Proficiency with Excel Power BI or Tableau for analytics and reporting Excellent communication and collaboration skills
