Exterior & Trim Design Expert

The role entails the design of two-wheeler exterior/plastics/trims, encompassing various stages.

  1. Proficiency in Body Parts/Exterior/Panels and trim design is essential.
  2. A strong understanding of CAD modelling, PLM tools, and hands-on experience with UG-NX/CATIA or equivalent is required.
  3. Familiarity with FE analysis and experience in ANSYS/HYPERMESH or equivalent FE software is necessary.
  4. The ability to multitask, including testing coordination, benchmarking, and supplier management, is crucial.
  5. Knowledge of different materials and manufacturing processes used in plastic design is vital.
  6. A thorough understanding of manufacturing guidelines and methods to overcome defects in plastic parts is necessary.
  7. The application of GD&T, DFMEA, DFM etc. is also essential.
