Job Title: Senior Space Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Space Planner to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver interior design projects. Key responsibilities include developing designs, utilizing BIM technologies, preparing detailed drawings, creating 3D models, and producing technical construction detail drawings.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Work directly with senior designers and teams in the development of designs
  • Utilize BIM tools to create 3D models of interiors and their components
  • Prepare detailed drawings in Revit of proposed plans
  • Create a variety of exterior and interior architectural 3D models
  • Prepare concept designs using the latest modeling skills and software
  • Produce technical construction detail drawings
Person Specifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a good level of technical competency in interior design concepts, thorough knowledge of design documentation, and experience working with regional teams.

  • Years of Experience: 4-8 years
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in interior design or equivalent field
  • Holding good knowledge of BIM tools with a commitment to continuing professional development
  • Experience with workplace and healthcare sectors is a plus
  • Knowledge of building construction systems means and methods
  • Strong communication skills, written verbal, and able to contribute effectively to discipline-specific discussions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with team members of different disciplines
