We are seeking an experienced End User Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to users across our organization.

Job Title: Field Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network-related issues.

The role includes:

  • Providing on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Troubleshooting operating system and application-related issues (Windows, MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Installing, configuring, and upgrading end-user hardware and software as per IT policies
  • Managing user accounts, access rights, and group policies in Active Directory
  • Supporting connectivity issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and IP telephony
  • Coordinating with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements
  • Logging incidents and service requests accurately in the ITSM tool and following through to resolution
  • Assisting with onboarding/offboarding activities (device setup, profile configurations)
  • Maintaining documentation, FAQs, and user guides for common issues

This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
