Job Role Overview

A project control manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within predetermined timelines, resource allocation, and quality standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting. Please note: We don't discuss company budgets here.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including task status, resource utilization, and financial reports.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project deadlines or resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and processes. They should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project objectives.
